At Tails of Hope, our mission is to work with the community to save animals in need, by responsibly and reliably providing trap, transfer and veterinary care, before securing new, loving homes to ensure the wellbeing of every animal in need. Our main focus is community or colony cats. Trapping and neutering adults to prevent the continuation of reproduction and colony growth and trapping the young, neutering and homing into indoor homes whenever possible. Because we do a lot of colony and TNR, we can not collect adoption fees for these cats so we do not get a big return on funding and investment. The bank account often suffers!
