Teller County Regional Animal Shelter (TCRAS) is a small rural mountain shelter located in Divide, CO. Our mission is "Fostering Hope & New Beginnings." Paramount to our mission are the Five Freedoms: Freedom from hunger & thirst, Freedom from discomfort, Freedom from pain, injury & disease, Freedom to express normal behavior and Freedom from fear & distress. We are passionate about pets - they matter deeply to us, as a community. Protecting pets and their good health is vital to any healthy community.
