The Tennessee Humane Animal League/ Pet Placement Center is committed to keeping pets safe, happy and healthy while they wait to be placed in a forever home. We are a small no-kill 501(c)3 dog and cat shelter located in Chattanooga, TN. We recieve no government funding and survive solely on the generosity of our supporters and fundrasing efforts. Our mission is: To reduce animal suffering by promoting intelligent animal care through education and example. To find responsible homes for lost or abandoned animals or for those pets whose owners can no longer keep them.
