About Us
TBC is a physical shelter built on 22 acres with indoor/outdoor cabins and some indoor spaces to offer the best possible place for the animals to be happy. We began because of the huge need in a rural community with no animal services, and a constant problem with strays, abandoned animals and owner surrenders due to hardships like jail, eviction, death of an owner and every sad story imaginable. Adoption is the ultimate goal for each precious animal. TBC has a unique ability to match the right dog with the right owner and has a deep connection with each animal.
