The Nature Network Inc., created in 1990, rescues mainly senior and special needs pets abandoned at Los Angeles city and county animal shelters (which has included larger animals such as horses as well). We are a no-kill 501c3 non-profit, in that we will never euthanize any animal because he or she seems to cost too much to treat.
We are committed to keeping all our rescued animals safe, happy and healthy, whether they are adoptable or not, and have an extensive foster home network that has taken over 20 years to create. We also board some animals who are larger in size or need special accommodations.
We never spend any funds for salaries, advertising, social media, or human expenses...

Our Adoption Process
After completing an adoption application, speaking by telephone, and coming to see our pet (if qualified), we will visit your home. If qualified, we bring our pet for a two week trial period with an application and contract.
