About Us
The Paws Cause Rescue was started by a few like-minded individuals who wanted to broaden the rescue picture to help even more animals. Our first few rescues were four kittens rescued by someone who had the help of All About Pet Care veterinary clinic. The clinic helped ensure the kittens had health, shots, surgery, and microchips at a reduced rate. Our Rescue eventually expanded to six people and started a Facebook group to grow a community and help get our name out there. As the need for us grew, we applied for and were granted 501c3 status which we still have to this day. We have volunteers that make it possible to adopt an average of about 300 felines a year.
