About Us
Since 2013, The Paws Squad has saved the lives of over 7,000 unwanted dogs and cats in Logan County, West Virginia. The Paws Squad is a no-kill rescue with adoption and foster programs made up of a few community volunteers dedicated to saving the lives of animals in jeopardy. We provide refuge, aid and care for unwanted, abandoned and abused animals from the county high-kill facility to protect them from the threat of euthanasia. The Paws Squad is the only group pulling animals from the Logan, WV pound.
