About Us
Thee Lazy Acre provides animal therapy outreach to children and adults. We provide assisted therapy and activities for children and adults with special needs, development issues or disabilities, people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or are in need of emotional relief therapy, homes serving abused or at-risk children, foster homes and centers, Hospice, hospitals, senior care centers, memory care facilities and government agencies. These services our equine partners. Our mini horse go offsite for visits and charity events and our larger horses provide onsite interaction in the form of riding lessons and workshops.
