Hi! My name is Wendy and I am the founder of Tijuana Paws n Whiskers Rescue. I am a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity. I alone rescue both dogs and cats on both sides of the border, mainly focusing my efforts in Tijuana, Mexico where animals are often abandoned, sick, injured and starving. All my rescues are given the medical attention they need as well as lots of love until they find their forever homes in the US. I bought a home in Tijuana Mexico in 2020 with a dream of one day building a shelter. I hope I can make that dream a reality some day!
