About Us
Our organization is dedicated to providing spay/neuter services for cats in order to tackle the severe overpopulation issue in Tioga County PA. Through donations and volunteers, we schedule, transport, trap, and pay for spay/neuter of stray and pet cats. So far, we have fixed almost 2,500 cats! Due to need, TCCP has started rescuing cats and kittens, primarily severe injuries and illnesses, and now even dogs and puppies! TCCP also offers low-cost vaccines and microchips, free pet food, and any other services possible for people and animals in need. We strive to help whenever and however we can.
