About Us
Transitions Pet Care's mission is to provide pet care and re-homing services for the pets of people facing the end of life. Our pet care services include dog walking, litter box maintenance, and transportation to and from vet and grooming appointments. Our goal is to enable these pet owners to keep their pets for as long as possible even when they're no longer able to physically care for them. We can also work with the terminally ill or elderly pet owner to identify a new home for their pet so that their beloved companion will not end up in a shelter.
