About Us
TriState Noah Project is an all volunteer, foster-based 501(c)3 rescue caring for over 250+ homeless cats daily on the streets through TNR, aftercare (food daily, shelters and medical care when needed). We have over 70 cats in foster homes. Most are waiting for their forever home but we also have seniors and medical cases who will remain under our rescue.
