About Us
Our foster home and volunteer based group rescues dogs and cats from rural high kill rate shelters in North Carolina and Virginia as well as those in danger such as strays and owners who no longer want their pets. At any given time there are up to 50 foster cats and dogs in our care. Puppies, adult dogs, cats and kittens are lovingly cared for in homes as part of a family until they find their furever home. Each rescue is fully vetted, vaccinated, checked for diseases such as heartworm for dogs and FIV/FELV for cats, microchipped, spayed/neutered, and rehomed with only the best applicants after a complete screening and vet reference check.
