About Us
Whiskers, Inc. was founded in 2014 by three dedicated cat trappers—Debbie, Mimi, and Jenna. While doing TNR (trap, neuter, return) work across Los Angeles, they came across many friendly cats living in colonies and started finding loving homes for them. Since then, Whiskers has grown to include a passionate team of volunteers and a home-based foster network that continues to save lives every day. Whiskers has adopted out over 3,500 animals since 2014. We pride ourselves on our personal touch in finding wonderful forever homes, as well as our life-long commitment to our adopters and our animals. Since December 2020, we have been collaborating with other animal rescue groups in Los Angeles to provide free spay/neuter services throughout the city. The only true way to reduce the number of homeless animals in Los Angeles is to provide large-scale, low-cost and free spay/neuter. We know people want to do the right thing by spaying and neutering.Find Us
