About Us
Our mission at Whiskers of Love is to reduce the overpopulation of cats in the Philadelphia area through rescue, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and by empowering the community to care for outside cats.Whiskers of Love is a 501c3 nonprofit, volunteer run, no kill organization dedicated to humanely reducing the outside cat population. Feral cats are trapped, neutered, given vaccinations and then returned to their outdoor homes where we continue to provide food, water, shelter, and any necessary medical care.
