About Us
Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, pair and train veterans and first responders with their dogs. We aim for the dogs to become certified through Wolfhounds Legacy as a service animal for the benefit of the veterans with PTSD and their individual needs. We are 100 % volunteer based in Cape Coral, FL. and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. By finding dogs from high-risk shelters and pairing and training them with their handlers, we are helping the lives of both the veteran and the dog. Our teams are brought together for training prior to placing the dog into the home to ensure a perfect fit.
