The Morongo Basin Humane Society is the only no-kill animal shelter in the Morongo Basin, and the only no-kill that accepts animals from any area. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and receive no government funding. We believe that no adoptable animal should be euthanized and some seemingly unadoptable animals can become someone’s treasured pet with time and training. Because we are a no-kill shelter, we have made a lifetime commitment to our animals. We will take care of them as long as they need us, even if they never end up in a home of their own.
