St. Francis is NO KILL and non-profit. Our mission is to help end the euthanasia of companion animals in Wyoming through collaboration, education, and compassion. We provide quality care to dogs and cats that have been abandoned, surrendered or lost. These animals will be cared for until they are reclaimed by their owners or until adopted to qualified homes. We require an adoption application. We call references and current and/or previous veterinarians. A home visit is possible. All applications are approved by an adoption committee.
