Clark County TIPS believes in ending the pattern of reproduction that leads to kittens being born outdoors and usually orphaned or surrendered to a shelter.
Our Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program focuses on sterilizing cats in the community where it is most sorely needed
Our passionate volunteers work diligently to identify our colony cat population's needs and direct our community to the proper resources and ultimately humanely sterilize the cats in need.
We believe in treating the whole issue of cats in our community. To this end, TNR is not enough. We also work to provide a Community Cat Pantry and foster/ adoption services as funding allows
